Playing Catch-Up

Lets see.....Wednesday Kalaina andI brought a beautiful baby boy into the world. He really is about the cutest little boy I've ever seen, tied of course with his big brother Nate. I am however, convinced that the reason Luke was brought by God into existence, was to teach me perseverance through sleep-deprivation. I am sure things will even out soon, but until then expect lots of cynnacism from this end.
I really didn't run again last week until Saturday. We were in a rush, but the family got together and found me some time to get in a long run. Saturday afternoon was run time. I had to get in a good long run, 18-20 miles. I got outside to drop water and the weather was 40 deg. with 30-40 MPH wind. Really cold. We made it, cold, cramped, and snotty. It was a test, but really fun after it was over. *sniffle*
