This run is a fund raiser for the Arthritis Foundation, and was available in both 1 and 4 mile formats. I chose to run the 1 mile having run the Tulsa Marathon less than 2 weeks ago.  I ran my mile in 6:23.  Not bad for someone who is SUPPOSED to be healing. I think running is really about chilling out and relaxing, and that can be done best away from all that crap. Running is like a big focus knob built into the side of life.
